Description

• We are looking for an organized and reliable Operations Manager to join our team.
• We need someone who can help manage daily operations, take customer orders, coordinate dispatch/deliveries, communicate with customers, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Take and confirm customer orders
• Coordinate kitchen orders and delivery schedules
• Manage dispatch riders and delivery updates
• Respond to customers professionally
• Track orders, payments, and daily operations
• Handle general operations tasks.

Requirements

• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel
• Must be reliable and proactive
• Must be able to come to Gbagada when needed
• Gbagada residents are preferred
• Experience: Entry level candidates can apply.

Salary
N100,000 – N250,000 monthly.
