About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support in managing the executive's personal affairs, household operations, and lifestyle commitments.
- The successful candidate will ensure the executive's personal life runs efficiently by coordinating schedules, managing errands, overseeing household activities, and handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's personal calendar, appointments, reminders, social engagements, and reservations.
- Coordinate personal errands, purchases, and administrative tasks while sourcing requested products and services.
- Liaise with domestic staff, contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring household operations, supplies, deliveries, and maintenance activities run smoothly.
- Anticipate the executive's needs, resolve issues proactively, and handle ad hoc requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination between the executive's personal and professional schedules.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling personal and family matters.

- Timely and accurate coordination of the executive's personal schedule and activities.
- Efficient completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Smooth management of household operations and personal logistics.
- High standards of confidentiality, responsiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Working Arrangement
- This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three in-person working days each week across the executive's office and residence, depending on operational needs.
- Occasional availability outside standard working hours may be required to support urgent personal matters.
