Description

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, correspondence, and day-to-day tasks with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the principal.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Run errands and handle personal tasks as needed.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and other engagements.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office/personal operations.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Educational Background:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., in Office Administration or Executive Assistance) will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Victoria Island, Lagos.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
