Job Title: Planning / Site Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Planning / Site Engineer to direct project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for an upcoming major development in Ikoyi, Lagos.
• You will manage master schedules, monitor site execution, and implement project control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the master project schedule using software tools (e.g., MSP, Primavera P6).
• Liaise with contractors to establish detailed individual schedules and manage regular schedule updates.
• Generate summaries, forecasts, Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
• Highlight critical path activities, identify potential schedule delays, and raise operational red flags early.
• Monitor site physical status, update technical documentation, and archive historical performance data.
• Conduct issue identification, risk analysis, and mitigation planning to avoid cost and timeline overruns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong background in site management, critical path analysis, and contractor reporting for urban real estate projects.
