Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Summary

• Runola Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities for Runoplast and Runofeeds.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality materials and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for Runoplast and Runofeeds.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and track procurement activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of procured items and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
