Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Distribution: Lead the end-to-end creation and distribution of product-led marketing content (news, market analysis & reports, guides, solution briefs, explainer narratives, etc.) to target audiences and markets through the platform and social media channels.
- Strategic Alignment: Support the execution of product-led commercial strategies by aligning positioning, packaging, and messaging with defined engagement goals.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Support executing go-to-market activities, including launch plans, timelines, and monitoring success metrics in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Commercial teams.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Commercial, Partnerships, and Growth teams to build and distribute sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, product demos, and case studies.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Gather and surface market insights and user feedback to leadership to assist with prioritisation and investment decisions, while providing regular reports on market traction and positioning effectiveness
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in a traditional or digital marketing capacity within a tech-driven company.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality, and persuasive content.
- Strong ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategy and content.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Growth, Commercial).
- A genuine interest in democratic processes is essential (e.g., prior involvement with student unions, political groups, or legislative processes is highly desirable).
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000/month.
