Obsidian Advisory Africa is a prominent workforce and human capital advisory firm explicitly dedicated to strengthening Africa’s creative and fashion industries. Founded in 2021 by Damilola Ademilokun, the firm operates Nigeria's first fashion-focused job hub, bridging the structural gap between creative talent and professional career opportunities across the continent.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Requirements

Proven experience managing production operations in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop production teams.
Experience improving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
