Obsidian Advisory Africa is a prominent workforce and human capital advisory firm explicitly dedicated to strengthening Africa’s creative and fashion industries. Founded in 2021 by Damilola Ademilokun, the firm operates Nigeria's first fashion-focused job hub, bridging the structural gap between creative talent and professional career opportunities across the continent.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays required during client fittings, peak periods, and special appointments

Requirements

Female with a professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, bridal, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage clients with professionalism.
Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
