Job Title: Programs Coordinator

Role Summary
- The Programs Coordinator is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and day-to-day delivery of the institute’s academic and professional training programs.
- The role ensures that courses run smoothly, facilitators and students are well supported, and program activities are delivered according to schedule and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and short courses.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, calendars, class timetables, and training plans.
- Coordinate instructors, facilitators, mentors, and other program staff.
- Ensure course materials, classrooms, online platforms, and other learning resources are ready before sessions.
- Monitor attendance, participation, assessments, and overall program progress.
- Communicate program information, schedules, updates, and changes to students and instructors.
- Collect student and instructor feedback and recommend improvements.
- Prepare program reports, including enrollment, attendance, completion, and performance data.
- Support the development and review of course content and learning activities.
- Ensure programs comply with institutional policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, education, training, project administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project-management tools, and online learning platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
