About the Role
- We are seeking energetic, commercially driven and relationship-focused Property Relationship Managers (PRMs) to support the growth and adoption of an innovative property technology platform.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying property owners, landlords, property managers and other real estate professionals, introducing them to the platform, supporting their onboarding and helping them become active long-term users.
- This is a field-based sales, customer acquisition and relationship-management role suitable for individuals who are confident meeting people, developing business relationships and converting opportunities into active customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Property Relationship Manager, you will:
- Identify and build relationships with landlords, property owners, estate agents, property managers, facility managers and real estate professionals.
- Prospect for potential customers within an assigned territory.
- Visit estates, apartment buildings, property-management firms and prospective customers.
- Introduce and demonstrate the property-management platform to prospective customers.
- Clearly explain the platform's benefits and available features.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, physical meetings and other approved communication channels.
- Convert qualified prospects into active customers.
- Assist customers with account setup and onboarding.
- Help customers add and organise their properties, units, tenants and lease information.
- Support property owners in onboarding and activating their tenants.
- Educate customers on relevant property, rent, payment and maintenance-management features.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers after onboarding.
- Monitor customer activity and encourage continued platform usage.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
- Gather customer feedback and escalate technical or operational issues appropriately.
Performance Expectations
Performance will be measured based on successful customer acquisition, activation and platform adoption — not simply registrations or account creation.
Key performance indicators may include:
- Number of qualified property-owner prospects generated
- Physical meetings completed
- Product demonstrations conducted
- New customers successfully onboarded
- Properties successfully added
- Units successfully activated
- Tenants onboarded

- Candidates without direct property-management experience may also be considered where they can demonstrate strong sales, business-development and relationship-management capabilities.
