• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ quality control experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
• Experience with laboratory testing, quality inspections, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct routine laboratory and quality control tests following company and industry standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality specifications.
• Identify and investigate quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain detailed quality records and reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to address quality concerns.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Track product non-conformances and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
