• Age: 26 years and under
• Must have successfully completed NYSC
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in any relevant field of study
• 0–2 years of experience in a comparable position (Experience in banking is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fundamental knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other basic financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain precise records of all financial transactions for accountability.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide relevant information about our products and services.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area for all visitors.
