Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Automobile

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the automobile industry.
• Must have proven experience selling/managing both 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
• Experience managing dealers, distributors and sales channels.
• Strong knowledge of dealer development, territory expansion and market penetration.
• Proven ability to manage regional sales targets and lead sales teams.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and monitoring competitor activities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
