Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee lubricant sales and business development activities across the Port Harcourt and Onitsha regions.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales strategy, distributor management, customer acquisition, and achieving revenue targets within the lubricants industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts across Port Harcourt and Onitsha.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Lead and support sales teams to achieve set targets.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, oil & gas, or related industries.
• Proven track record in regional sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of distributor/channel management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
