• MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
• Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Current practicing license
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or an exemption certificate
• Primary examination of the relevant postgraduate medical college (e.g., NPMCN or WACP/WACS) is an added advantage for some departments
• Strong clinical skills, dedicated commitment to continuous professional development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a teaching hospital setting
• Research experience or relevant publications

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients under the supervision of medical consultants
• Participate actively in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, emergency duties, and surgical procedures (where applicable)
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnostic investigations, and management plans
• Document all clinical activities accurately in patient medical records and electronic health systems
