We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Officer

Location: Oniru Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales & Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into customers across both B2B and B2C markets in the Mainland and Island areas of Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.
Prospect for corporate and individual clients across the Mainland and Island.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present the company’s products and services, clearly communicating their value to potential clients.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to develop sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents, and support negotiations through to successful closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and contribute to achieving the company’s sales and business growth objectives.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
1–2years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment and willingness to travel across the Mainland and Island.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/sales tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
