Description

• Our client, a reputable player in the real estate industry, is seeking ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales Executivesto join its growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
• Market and sell the company's real estate products and services.
• Conduct field marketing and market storming activities to drive sales.
• Build, maintain, and manage strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales updates.
• Manage daily sales activities with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any discipline (HND / B.Sc. is an added advantage).
• 2 – 3 years of proven sales experience; real estate sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
