Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo

Role Summary

We are seeking a confident, target-driven, and commercially minded Sales Executive to drive property sales through client acquisition, property marketing, negotiations, and successful deal closure.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging clients, appearing in promotional content, travelling for business, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to transaction completion.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships and guide prospects from enquiry to successful purchase.
Market and promote the company's real estate properties across approved online and offline channels.
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and site tours.
Negotiate sales within company guidelines and drive deals to completion.
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up activities.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team by participating in promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and other brand awareness activities.
Monitor market trends and identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent
2–4 years of sales experience
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience in business development and client acquisition.
Knowledge of the real estate market is an added advantage.
Experience with social media marketing or content creation is desirable.
Must be willing to travel for client meetings, property inspections, and business engagements.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
