Sales Executive - Premium Wine & Spirits Retail

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Sunday; shift-based including one day off)

Summary

• We are looking for energetic, smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and assist them with product selection.
• Drive sales and meet sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Recommend wines, whiskeys, and spirits based on customer preferences.
• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
• Process sales transactions accurately and track sales reports.
• Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals to customers.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in wine and comfortable with occasional alcohol tasting for better purchase recommendations.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to persuade and confidently engage customers.
• Must be smart, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus (but willingness to learn is more important).
• Must be a fast learner and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

Benefits

• Salary: N170,000 - N200,000 / month.
