Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Director of security (DOS)

Job Summary

A Sales Executive in a leading security company serves as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, driving sales growth and promoting the company’s security solutions to prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in security services or related industries.

Professional Skills:

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry.
In-depth understanding of the Lagos market and its business environment.
Familiarity with the various market segments: residential, corporate, retail, and industrial.
Expertise in identifying and acquiring new clients in high-demand segments, such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate offices.
Ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
A people-oriented personality with strong networking abilities.
Focused on achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Integrity and Professionalism:
High ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, clients, and sales activities.
Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.

Remuneration
Monthly Salary and up to N1,000,000.00 sales commission.
