We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

• We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executivesto drive revenue growth across our 3 business lines: Paints & Coatings, Real Estate, and Roofing.
• You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and building the brand presence in Lekki/Ajah and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for coatings, roofing materials, and real estate properties
• Conduct site visits, product presentations, and property inspections for clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across all 3 divisions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with developers, contractors, homeowners, and investors
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales service

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote coatings, roofing products, and real estate listings
• Manage digital marketing: social media, WhatsApp broadcasts, Google/FB ads, property portals
• Organize activations, site tours, exhibitions, and agent/agent partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, realtors, and facility managers
• Prepare marketing materials, brochures, proposals, and reports

General:

• Maintain CRM database and pipeline reports
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends in coatings, roofing, and real estate in Lagos
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications an advantage
• Minimum 3+ years YOEin sales & marketing, preferably in Building Materials, Coatings, Roofing, or Real Estate
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of Lagos property market, especially Lekki-Ajah corridor
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Tech savvy: MS Office, CRM tools, Canva, and social media ads
• Must have own means of mobility and be resident in Lagos
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with little supervision.
