Job Summary

• Sales Relationship Manager’s responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth.
• This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to ensure successful marketing campaigns.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Development:

• Develop and implement annual Sales and Marketing Strategy for Management and Board approval.
• Drive achievement of risk asset and deposit mobilization targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product innovations.

Portfolio & Risk Management:

• Ensure Portfolio at Risk (PAR) is maintained within Board-approved threshold.
• Drive adherence to credit policies, KYC, and AML requirements.
• Monitor loan performance and support recovery efforts where required.
• Ensure proper customer onboarding and documentation processes.

Revenue & Performance Management:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets
• Set, monitor, and report team performance goals and KPIs.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to Executive Management.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of Bank products and services.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Sales Supervisors and Officers.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance and compliance-driven sales culture.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure full compliance with CBN guidelines and internal policies.
• Act as Management representative in sales-related matters.
• Escalate risk exposures and performance concerns promptly.

Educational and Professional Requirement

• A good First Degree from a reputable university (Preferably in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field).
• 2 years or more experience in sales (Preferably in a commercial bank, MFB or insurance banks)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 per month.
