Sales Representative

About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Veterinary Sales Representative to join our Animal Health Sales team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Promote and sell the company’s Animal Health products to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including farmers, retailers, and distributors.
• Identify and develop new customers and potential sales routes.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure accurate preparation of sales requests, invoices, receipts, and other required documentation.
• Monitor product availability and ensure proper product display at customer locations.
• Support the preparation and achievement of sales targets and forecasts.
• Conduct customer stock counts where required.
• Submit accurate sales and market reports within the required timelines.
• Work closely with the Territory Sales Supervisor and other relevant departments to ensure effective sales operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
• Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and commercial awareness.
