Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

A sales representative promotes and sells products or services to customers, builds long-term relationships, and drives company revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Find new prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Sales Presentations: Show products or services to potential buyers and explain how they solve specific problems.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales goals set by the company.
Negotiation: Discuss pricing, delivery terms, and contract details to close deals successfully.
Account Management: Keep in touch with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
CRM Tracking: Log daily activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates in the company software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Clear and polite speaking, writing, and active listening skills.
Interpersonal Abilities: Strong capability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clients.
Drive and Resilience: Self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
