We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Udi, Nkanu West - Enugu
Employment Type: Contract

Job Purpose / Mission

This position is part of the Mysol Sales Teamacross Nigeria.
The Sales Team Lead will support and enable frontline sales agents to sell Mysol solar products more efficiently and responsibly in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Management & Recruitment: Recruit, train, and oversee a minimum of 10 active sales agents monthly
Sales Pipeline Management: Drive sales of Mysol products to potential and new customers in Udi and Nkanu
Field Leadership: Coordinate and lead field sales activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards
Training & Coaching: Train agents on pitching, sales conversations, closing, and customer relationship management
Performance Reviews: Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to improve agent performance
Financial Compliance: Supervise sales transactions and ensure timely remittance per company policy
Credit Control: Own credit follow-ups and collections for credit-based sales
Inventory & Asset Management: Support monthly inventory audits and manage company tools of trade
Budget Optimization: Utilize allocated funds to maximize sales volume and market expansion
Strategic Planning: Execute sales strategies aligned with targets set by the Regional Business Manager

Qualifications

ND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1 - 2 years of related sales experience. Experience selling solar products is highly preferred.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be resident in or familiar with Udi and Nkanu, Enugu State.

Compensation
Base Pay + Performance-based Commission Incentives as per Mysol incentive scheme.
