We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the financial services sector across West and East Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Mida’s footprint in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions across Africa.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with Mida's growth objectives.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful implementation and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Represent Mida at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the financial services sector in Africa.
Strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Nigeria
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience with selling fintech solutions is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.

What We Offer

Salary: N750,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
