The Senior Director of Customer Development & Digital Commerce spearheads the integration of Customer Development, Digital Commerce, and System-wide execution to drive sustainable volume, value, and market share growth.

This pivotal role shapes and implements a cohesive Franchise-level customer and digital commerce strategy, accelerating omnichannel growth, enhancing execution excellence, and cultivating future-ready commercial capabilities across the System. Operating within a complex multi-bottler environment, the role orchestrates alignment among Franchise leadership, customer teams, bottling partners, and digital ecosystems to achieve enterprise results. By focusing on customer engagement and digital commerce strategies, this position plays a critical role in promoting brand loyalty and increasing market presence.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive Franchise-wide Customer Development strategy across key sectors such as Modern Trade, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), On-Premise channels, Online-to-Offline (O2O), and Travel industries.
Deliver profitable growth in volume, value, and market share aligned with Annual Business Plans and Long-Range Strategic Plans.
Lead a cohesive Digital Commerce and Digital Business Strategy integrated into commercial planning.
Accelerate B2B, E-Commerce, and digital execution frameworks across customer bases and bottlers.
Navigate and align a diverse ecosystem of over 30 bottlers, ensuring excellence in execution and collaboration across the system.
Develop strategic, value-driven partnerships in customer and enterprise digital initiatives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing senior team while acting as a capability multiplier across Franchise teams.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or consumer products sectors.
Extensive expertise in Customer Development, Commercial Strategy, Digital Commerce, and Operations.
Demonstrated success in achieving results within complex, multi-market, and multi-partner environments.
Strong capabilities in people leadership, executive influence, and change management.
Critical Capabilities:
General management proficiency with Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability.
Strategic and systems thinking combined with a robust execution focus.
Agile mindset and ability to lead change effectively.
