Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies for the Coca-Cola brand and portfolio in Nigeria.
• Lead consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover lucrative opportunities in the Nigerian market.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), digital marketing, experiential marketing, and shopper marketing.
• Manage partnerships with agencies and oversee creative development to deliver impactful and culturally relevant advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and bottling operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive brand activation, promotions, and sponsorship opportunities that resonate with Nigerian consumers.
• Monitor brand performance, return on investment (ROI), and key performance indicators (KPIs); optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support new product launches, innovative packaging strategies, and seasonal/cultural marketing activations.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and promote responsible marketing practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve excellent results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a strong advantage)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably within the beverages, food & drink, or consumer goods sectors
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns in Nigeria or West Africa
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian consumer landscape, retail environment, and cultural nuances
• Proven experience managing digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing campaigns
• Outstanding project management, analytical skills, and communication abilities
• Capability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
