• Generate and convert qualified leads in the real estate sector.
• Actively promote Bravies Homz properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and on-site inspections.
• Successfully close property sales to meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, along with comprehensive sales reports.
• Attend property inspections and participate in marketing activation events.
