• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science.
• NABIMS certification or Diploma in Milling from a recognized milling school is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in wheat milling and production operations.
• Proven ability to manage independent operations and lead teams.
• Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and process optimization.

• Manage daily milling operations to maximize plant performance and product quality.
• Execute production plans and monitor process efficiency and extraction levels.
• Troubleshoot milling equipment issues and optimize operational performance.
• Maintain production and shift reports, including downtime tracking.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, QMS, FSMS, and 5S standards.
• Control operational costs and minimize process waste.
• Lead and train milling teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee vendor services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and maintenance.
• Maintain plant premises and support personnel management.
