• At least five years of project or programme management experience, including a minimum of two years leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Proven involvement in end-to-end transformations such as operating model redesign, digital transformation, cost optimization, mergers and acquisitions integration, or organizational redesign.
• Experience working with board-level stakeholders on high-visibility projects; prior work with a major global consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel (including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP), and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions.
• Ability to manage upward and across organizational levels confidently, maintaining professional relationships while enforcing accountability.
• Attention to detail and composure under pressure, with effective communication skills that inspire leadership confidence.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or recognized Agile/Scrum credentials is preferred.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, utilizing tools like Gantt charts to monitor milestone progress.
• Manage risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through a RAID log and governance documentation, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
• Prepare and deliver board-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings across workstreams and with client leadership, setting agendas, documenting outcomes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, holding senior stakeholders accountable while preserving positive working dynamics.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for the project sponsor, exercising sound judgment in escalation and prioritization.
