Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, developers, retailers, and other key customers.
• Promote and sell the company's building materials and finishing products.
• Generate leads, follow up on quotations, and close sales.
• Conduct regular field visits and source new projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction materials, or related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja market.
