About the Role

• We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, acquire corporate clients and drive revenue for our recruitment and HR consultancy services.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven and confident engaging HR Managers, CEOs, Founders and other key business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified B2B leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Identify and engage HR Managers, CEOs, Founders and key business decision-makers.
• Promote recruitment and HR consultancy services to prospective corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
• Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support digital marketing, networking and brand visibility initiatives.
• Track sales activities, pipeline value, lead conversion and revenue performance against targets.
• Achieve agreed monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain 100% follow-up on active prospects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment, HR consultancy or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Highly proactive, commercially minded and target-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Comfortable using phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels for business development.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet performance targets.

What We Offer

• Competitive net monthly salary of N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
• 5% commission tied to achievement of the N5,000,000 monthly revenue target, subject to the company’s approved commission policy.
