• A first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related social science discipline is required.
• A postgraduate diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant fields will be considered an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience:
• 3-7 years of experience is necessary, which includes:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• In-depth expertise in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, as well as familiarity with management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging content trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial.

• Develop and execute a targeted social media strategy across MTNN verified accounts on platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with Net Subscriber Additions, Data Revenue growth, and MoMo adoption objectives.
• Drive measurable traffic from social media platforms to mtn.ng campaign landing pages and MTN eShop product pages, optimizing both click-through rates and conversion performance.
• Conceptualize and implement engaging digital-first initiatives, including challenges, interactive polls, live sessions, and platform-native trends designed specifically for Nigerian audiences.
• Lead a consistent Always-On content strategy that maintains daily engagement around lifestyle, youth culture, entertainment, football, music, and technology conversations that are relevant to the MTN brand positioning.
• Design socially-led content campaigns that encourage user-generated content, brand advocacy, and peer amplification, particularly targeting Gen Z, Alpha, and youth demographics.
