Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition roles.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Jobberman, MyJobMag, Indeed, and other job sourcing websites is a strong advantage.
Proven skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and various other sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a robust database of both active and passive candidates seeking employment opportunities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to successfully meet recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.
