Territory Sales Supervisor

Role Overview

• Oversee depot operations, manage territory performance, and lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily depot and territory sales operations.
• Drive product availability while ensuring zero stock-outs and obsolete inventory.
• Supervise and coach Sales Territory Executives (STEs) to improve performance.
• Monitor distributor performance and implement strategies for growth.
• Ensure compliance with inventory, credit, and company policies.
• Analyse territory sales performance and provide actionable business insights.
• Drive Route-to-Market (RTM) execution across assigned territories.
• Monitor competitor activities and ensure market price compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years' sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing distributors and sales teams.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and performance analysis.
