Value Chain Officer (Direct Sales Agent)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Value Chain Officer (Direct Sales Agent) to drive customer acquisition, promote banking products and services, and contribute to business growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, onboarding customers, managing client relationships, and driving deposits and loan opportunities while ensuring compliance with required documentation and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, field activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Onboard new customers and ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Drive customer deposits and support loan generation in line with assigned targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned markets and customer segments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversion and retention.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Ensure all customer transactions and documentation comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and market opportunities.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or FMCG sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Target-driven.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
