Job Summary
- We are Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor looking for men who are passionate about the workings of a Warehouse to join in our team as Store/ warehouse staff to join our team.
- This job involves heavy liftings and stock movement.
- The team is responsible for receiving materials incoming from vendors, managing warehouse / store stock, replenishing shop floor stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
- Ensure all documentation related to responsibility is accurately processed, distributed, and released to all concerned in a timely manner.
- Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.
- Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock-taking
- Replenish shop floor stock constantly, shelving and maintaining shelves
- Managed inbound and outbound process of product.
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
- Ensure that workings are in compliance with standards and policy
- Issues materials against authorized store requisition and keeps store.
- Report all warehouse activities on monthly for stock inventory, and pallets kept at warehouses both internal and external.
- To ensure physical stock takes correct in compared to the system and give an explanation for variances
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma with experience in retail, pharmacy or FMCG.
- Age range: 24- 34years old.
- Men are encouraged to apply for gender balance
- Warehouse or retail store experience would be advantageous
- High level of Integrity.
- Must have physical strength to carry and move stock
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba would be most preferred.
- Must live within Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ajegunle, Apapa, Mushin,Oshodi, Fadeyi, Yaba or environ.
