We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Wealth / Business Development Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Wealth Manager to drive AUM growth through acquisition, retention, and advisory of HNI, UHNW, and institutional clients.
This role demands a perfect balance of business development and disciplined portfolio advisory; with zero tolerance for misrepresentation, unsuitable recommendations, or compliance breaches.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory: Assess client risk profiles and financial objectives; recommend suitable investment solutions in collaboration with Fund Managers and Research Analysts.
Relationships: Maintain long-term client trust through regular portfolio reviews and transparent communication in all market conditions.
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to SEC, KYC, AML, and internal policies; maintain audit-ready documentation for all client interactions.
Service: Deliver timely execution of instructions and prompt resolution of client issues.

Key Requirements

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with 7-10 years in wealth management, private banking, or asset management
Certifications: CFA, CIS, or MBA (added advantage).

Salary
N1,000,000 per month.
