About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Vice President for Strategy to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to balance in-office collaboration with remote work. You will play a crucial part in shaping our strategic direction and supporting our board in key decisions. Responsibilities

Support the board of directors in making informed portfolio strategy decisions.
Assist business units in crafting effective strategies to meet their goals.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for business growth.
Facilitate the execution of strategies alongside the Executive Team.
Lead the planning exercise for portfolio strategies.
Manage special projects that relate to strategic initiatives.
Oversee the modeling of the strategic impact of various initiatives.
Develop initiatives aimed at capturing market opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred for this role.
At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business process oversight.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.
Experience in electricity market modeling is a plus.
Proficiency in analytics and modeling techniques.
