About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Chemist to join our team in Mariveles, Central Luzon. This is an onsite position that requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience and a valid license as a chemist. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee laboratory operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure compliance with laboratory rules and procedures for safety.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment for sample preparation.
Perform regular maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure reliability.
Calibrate equipment and keep accurate records of all procedures.
Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control criteria to uphold standards.
Conduct chemical inventory and create purchase requisitions as needed.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Chemist with valid credentials.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a laboratory setting.
Good command of the English language for effective communication.
Strong interpersonal skills to work well in a team.
Basic understanding of Powerplant Chemistry is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
