About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Support Supervisor to lead our team in Mariveles, Central Luzon. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering support functions. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring that systems engineering and performance functions are integrated effectively. Responsibilities

Direct a team of Support Engineers to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure integration of Systems Engineering with Reliability and Performance functions.
Oversee tracking and management of CAPEX and OPEX for projects.
Empower the team to balance cash flow while maintaining utilization KPIs.
Provide final review and support for CAPEX projects to ensure quality.
Approve maintenance strategy revisions and outage scopes for projects.
Drive continuous improvements in ETSV Business Processes.
Act as the primary escalation point with Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Requirements

Experience in engineering support or related fields.
Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
Ability to analyze financial data related to CAPEX and OPEX.
Proficient in project management and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
