About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Chief Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila, NCR. This is an on-site position that requires a strong background in engineering, particularly in hotel or building services. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

Lead facility operations ensuring safety and following building rules.
Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems.
Assist in directing capital projects and property renovations.
Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are documented accurately.
Communicate with government officials for permits and inspections.
Drive engagement and retention through performance management.
Foster communication between Engineering and hotel departments.
Manage sustainability projects and track asset efficiencies.

Requirements

10+ years in hotel/building services or related field.
5+ years as Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer in a 5-star hotel.
Strong engineering background with trade expertise.
Adaptable to a flexible schedule for emergencies.
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.
Experience with water treatment and hydraulics.
