About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Chief Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila, NCR. This is an on-site position that requires a strong background in engineering, particularly in hotel or building services. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations ensuring safety and following building rules.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems.
• Assist in directing capital projects and property renovations.
• Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are documented accurately.
• Communicate with government officials for permits and inspections.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management.
• Foster communication between Engineering and hotel departments.
• Manage sustainability projects and track asset efficiencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in hotel/building services or related field.
• 5+ years as Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong engineering background with trade expertise.
• Adaptable to a flexible schedule for emergencies.
• Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.
• Experience with water treatment and hydraulics.
