About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Guest Service Agent to join our team in Metro Manila. Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a guest service or front office role is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
