Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of IT experience in various roles.
• 3-5 years in a Business Partner position, demonstrating strategic impact.
• Proven experience leading technology-enabled business change initiatives.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills for collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
