About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Makati, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite role where you will play a crucial part in managing our accounts payable processes. You will ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely, contributing to the overall financial health of our organization. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for finance, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Review and validate payable transactions to ensure accuracy.
Record transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare and process payments on time to maintain vendor relationships.
Compile assigned reports for month-end closing to support financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
Proficient in business process management and oversight.
