About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Barista to join our team in Bacolod, Western Visayas. This is an on-site position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a vibrant environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers, ensuring satisfaction with each order.
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to meet health and safety standards.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support daily operations.

Requirements

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service-related role.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and branch operations.
Excellent customer service skills to engage with diverse clientele.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
