About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Barista at a vibrant coffee shop in Metro Manila! This role offers a full-time schedule with shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM. Enjoy a meal break during your shift and benefit from a night shift differential if applicable. We provide transport for your convenience, ensuring you can focus on delivering excellent service.

As a Junior Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is perfect for those who love coffee and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Deliver warm and personalized service to guests.
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage area.
Attend daily briefings for operational updates.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of experience in a barista or hospitality role preferred.
Certification in Food & Beverage Service or related field is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
