About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is essential in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team that provides exceptional guest service and maintains high hospitality standards. Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of front office experience in luxury hotels.
At least 1 year in a supervisory role is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team development skills to foster positivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest interaction.
