About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Attendant for an on-site role in Metro Manila. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. As a Junior Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, managing inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and professional customer service to guests.
Maintain product knowledge of events and facilities to assist guests.
Respond to guest queries accurately and efficiently.
Assist with guest luggage and personal belongings during their stay.
Monitor traffic flow at the casino front drive to ensure safety.
Ensure cleanliness of the concierge station and lobby area at all times.
Assist with crowd control and guest transportation needs as required.
Report accidents and security issues to supervisors promptly.
Participate in daily briefings and meetings to stay informed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong English communication skills for effective guest interaction.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 kg.
Prior hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Attention to detail to maintain high service standards.
