Junior Attendant, On-site Role in CFD

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service to guests.
• Maintain product knowledge of events and facilities to assist guests.
• Respond to guest queries accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with guest luggage and personal belongings during their stay.
• Monitor traffic flow at the casino front drive to ensure safety.
• Ensure cleanliness of the concierge station and lobby area at all times.
• Assist with crowd control and guest transportation needs as required.
• Report accidents and security issues to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in daily briefings and meetings to stay informed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills for effective guest interaction.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 kg.
• Prior hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail to maintain high service standards.
• A pleasant personality to create a welcoming atmosphere.
